What’s your return policy?


All products listed in Diego Serrano's Print Shop are produced on demand after the purchase order is confirmed, therefore we do accept returns and exchanges during 30 days after delivery, only in case we sent the wrong product or it was badly produced, but we can't accept returns, exchanges or  refunds for other reasons. Beside this rule, we do our best to offer a great experience for our clients and art collectors, so if you have any concern please write to and we'll be glad to help.

Our print products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you and the reason why we don't offer returns and exchanges. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges for other reasons beside wrong product sending or bad manufacturing.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!



The Contract (including any non-contractual matters) is governed by the law of Spain.

Disputes must be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
